The Acai Berry Is a Hardy Hybrid Fruit That Produces Multiple Colors of Fruits When it Has Fruits!
In botany, a fruit tree is a fruit bearing structure usually in flowering plants which is basically formed by the ovary just after flowering from the pistil. This fruit contains the seeds, which are enclosed in the stigma which is a thin skin. Seeds are enclosed in a thin crescent which is called the florets. The ovaries produce the mother of the fruits. When the ripe fruit is ready to be picked, it will pop out of its skin and the name of the fruit will then be called the berry.
The seed of this fruit may be picked and eaten while the pulp is still a soft pill. If it is ripe, the fruit can be put into a strainer and allowed to drain. The seed will then separate itself from the pulp which will then form the filling of the fruit. The fillings are full of water or juice which gives the fruit its flavor. The peel of the fruit has little taste of its own and its color ranges from green, yellowish brown to bright orange.
There are different types of fruit in which each fruit has its own distinct taste and flavor. One of the popular fruits in Florida are the Florida Blackberry, Dogwood Sultana, Lemon Grass, Red Raspberry, Sweet Orange, Black Eyed Susan, Acai Berry and Pimento Berries. Some of these fruits are small and round and some are large and hairy with the hollow center having a single flower on the top. The fruit inside the center is white or yellow in color with a single flower being the dominant flower. Most of the fruits have a round size with small round patches of the fruit on the exterior.
The fruit develops a shallow ulcer over the Ovary’s base that causes it to empty the contents of its receptacle into the cavity. The fruits have a short shelf life of only two to three days. The ovules have a very short shelf life and are expelled when the ripe fruit reaches the light. The entire process of fruit growth is very similar to that of an egg yet the shell is very thin with the endosperm being larger than the embryo. There are about 300 recognized species of this plant.
The seeds of this plant are small with the endosperm being larger than the embryo. They are coated with a sticky sap that causes them to adhere to the undersides of the ovaries. This makes the entire plant easy to damage by abrasion. Once the fruit reaches maturity the ovary dissolves and the seeds fall off into the fruiting body below.
The females take two years to mature while the males can produce as many as 400 fruits in one year. The male fruit develops a thick hard coating on the exterior that is called a powder or husk. The female grows a fleshy white coating on the undersides of its ovaries called a cyst. This thick coating protects the fruit from abrasion and other external predators.
